If malt extract is unavailable, please enjoy as coconut milk hot coffee.

INGREDIENTs

• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 3 teaspoons instant coffee powder
• 1 tablespoon malt extract
• 70ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk

METHOD

1. Combine all the ingredients directly in a saucepan and heat until warmed through. Whisk gently.
   Alternatively, this drink can also be warmed in a jug in the microwave oven for about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
2. Pour into 2 cups and enjoy!
