INGREDIENTS
[Coconut Rice]
- 140ml AYAM™ Coconut milk premium
- 300g Jusmine rice
- 1 Sliced ginger
- A little of salt
[Sambal Ikan Bilis]
- 100g AYAM™ Nasi goreng paste
- 50g boiled-dried fish(small)
- 1/2 Sliced onion
- 1/4 Grated onion
- 4 Sliced ginger
- 1tsp Lemon juice
- 4tbsp Salad oil
- A little of salt
- 15g Sugar
[Toppings]
- Some Fried unhusked peanuts with sesami oil and salt
- Some Boiled eggs
- Some Sliced cucumbers
METHOD
- Cook coconut rice. Wash jusmine rice and put it in the rice cooker.
- Add ginger, salt, coconut milk and pour water into 2.2 graduation mark and switch on.
- Cook sambal ikan bilis. Bake the boiled-dried fish inthe oven pre-heated to 140℃.
- Heat oil and fry sliced onion and ginger. Once it makes golden brown, add grated onion and cook untill water boil away.
- Add nasi goreng paste, sugar, salt and lemon juice into METHOD 4 and mix throughly. Add METHOD 3 and toss well to mix.
- Serve rice on center of a plate and add METHOD 5 and toppings.
