Ep14-Tomatopazza"

Serves: 2

sato 155g 

Ingredients

  • 1 can AYAM Mackerel in Tomato Sauce 155g
  • 1 tbsp Salad oil
  • 1 tsp Chopped garlic
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Sliced red pepper
  • 6 Mini tomatoes
  • ■ 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • ■ A little of sugar
  • ■ 1 tsp Oyster sauce
  • ■ 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

 

Method

  1. Heat oil in a pan and put garlic, onion, red pepper and fry them till onion is tender.
  2. Add only makerel of AYAM Mackerel in tomato sauce and carefully bake the both face.
  3. Add tomatoes and cook throughly, season 2 tbsp tomato sauce and ingredients ■ .
  4. Lastly, pour lemon juice thoroughly and stir-fry.
