BAKED BEANS & MASHED POTATO

Serves 2

BB-230g  

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pieces potatoes
  • 180g broccoli
  • 2 teaspoon butter
  • 120ml milk
  • 230g Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans
  • 1 teaspoon salt


METHOD

  1. Wash well all the vegetable. Prepare some boiling water to blanch the veggies, blanch the broccoli and chop it. Peel the potatoes and blanch them till tender.
  2. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. To mash well, the potatoes need to be still hot. Add the butter, the blended broccoli and the seasoning into the mashed potato. Mix well.
  3. Scoop the mashed potato into hill shape with a hole like a volcano on the plates. Then pour baked beans on the mashed potato. Kids like it.
