INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces potatoes
- 180g broccoli
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 120ml milk
- 230g Ayam Brand™ Baked Beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
METHOD
- Wash well all the vegetable. Prepare some boiling water to blanch the veggies, blanch the broccoli and chop it. Peel the potatoes and blanch them till tender.
- Place the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. To mash well, the potatoes need to be still hot. Add the butter, the blended broccoli and the seasoning into the mashed potato. Mix well.
- Scoop the mashed potato into hill shape with a hole like a volcano on the plates. Then pour baked beans on the mashed potato. Kids like it.
