Ingredients
- 1 can AYAM Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
- 1 tbsp Salad oil
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 tbsp Sliced red pepper
- ■ 1/2 tbsp Salt
- ■ A little of sugar
- ■ 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- ■ 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Ingredients for rice vermicelli goreng
- 1 tbsp Salad oil
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 120g Boiled cut rice vermicelli
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and put garlic, onion, red pepper and fry them till onion is tender.
- Add only sardines of AYAM sardinesin tomato sauce, slightly loosen fish and fry.
Season with 2 tbsp tomato sauce in the can and ingredients ■. - Once pour lemon juice thoroughly and stir-fry, take off them into the dish and put aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic. Once onion smells, add rice vermicelli goreng and fry seasoning with soy sauce.
Put back Method 3 into the pan and mix them thoroughly. Top coriander if desired.
