Ep17-Nyonya-chicken-curry

Serves 4

CM 400ml JPnyonya curry

INGREDIENTS

  • 140ml AYAM™ Nyonya curry paste
  • 270ml AYAM™ Coconut milk
  • 6 Chicken wings
  • 2 Potatoes(cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked in microwave)
  • 1/2 onion(sliced)
  • 380cc Water
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • 1tsp Salt
  • 1.5tsp Lime juice
  • 1tbsp Salad oil

 

METHOD

  1. Heat salad oil and fry onion. Once onin is tender, add AYAM™ Nyonya curry paste and fry on lower heat until aromatic.
  2. Add chicken wings and toss well to mix.
  3. Add coconut milk and water and cook in 10 mins.
  4. Add potato and season with sugar, salt, lemon juice.
