- 1 can AYAM™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 onion (sliced)
- 1 jar AYAM™ Nyonya Curry Paste
- 270ml AYAM™ Coconut Milk
- 380cc water
- 1 tomato (diced)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- Heat salad oil and add onion and fry it until tender. Add Nyonya Curry Paste and fry it over low heat until aromatic.
- Add AYAM™ Coconut Milk and water and let it boil, add sardines(not to deform) and tomato sauce of AYAM™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce, tomato and stew them for 15 minutes.
- Season with sugar, salt, lemon juice.
